The graph very clearly shows that there has been a clear shift left by the millennials and Gen Z which was my entire point. You also can’t sell over racial discrimination when a lot of these black, brown and white kids are integrated and all friends. It’s losing battle and the GOP knows that hence their constant assaults on voting rights

I think you’re way too confident in this theory. These boomers are living so long that they go through a lot of their retirement on medical care. Also a lot of boomers have had to spend a lot of money because millennials were broke and stayed home for a much longer period of time than previous generations.

The Conservative Party is extremely untenable to that generation (and millennials too but to a lesser degree) on fundamental levels of morality. They also seem to realize how important voting is.

Unless the Republicans completely change their stances on social issues I don’t see them defecting from being progressive.

I’d be extremely worried if Gen Z wasn’t overwhelmingly to the left.
