Had the 2nd Pfizer shot Thursday, other than the injection site pain which seems typical no effects.
Lifted and hit the stairmaster the next day without a problem.

Got my first Moderna shot on Thursday, only had arm pain, it felt like I had been lifting heavy weights earlier but that pain went away by Saturday.

2nd Moderna shot got me. Going to bed I started to feel the chills so I should have preemptively taken Tylenol but I didn't. Woke up at 5am feeling hot with body aches and a slight headache.
5 hours and two extra strength Tylenol later the aches are basically gone but I'm so fatigued. Going back to sleep for a bit.

My second shot made me so tired the next day, I slept for 12 hours straight.
But I felt great once I woke up. I'm so happy to be fully vaccinated now, I wish more young people would go do it and stop listening to Alex Jones types.

One of the funny/ironic things is that after the vaccination, people completely forget all the irrational shyt they were saying pre-vaccination. I've convinced 3 people in my life to get vaccinated after they were on the fence, and a few weeks/months after they get vaccinated, they lowkey hit me with the "I can't believe all these reckless people not getting vaccinated out here..."

Hydration is very important. First Pfizer shot I caught a lil headache. Took a nap and got rid of it. I was dehydrated going into it.
I drank a bunch of water leading up to the second shot. I pretty much had zero side effects with the exception of the arm soreness
