He's been lining up as a WR in the Dolphins offense. He's not really being lined up to check down anymore. He'll get all the touches. He proved last season if healthy that he can be a capable back. I'd take that in the 5th round.

I can't wait to argue Bush this season with you and others. I may just do a weekly Reggie Bush Thread...

I have very mixed feelings about my new team. 12 team league. 4th pick...

QB- Rivers (5th)
RB- Ray Rice (1st), Hillis (6th)
WR- Larry Fitz (2nd), Victor Cruz (4th)
Flex- Torrey Smith (7th)
TE- Gronkowski (3rd)
DEF- Pats
K- i forget, who cares

Bench: James Starks (9th), Robert Meachem (8th), Toby Gerhart (10th), Nate Washington (11th), Mike Williams (12th)

I didn't plan on going QB and TE so high, let alone going high on both. But I thought I got good value on Rivers and Gronk. I had Ridley, McGahee, and Bush targeted for my 6th round pick, but they all went right in front of me and Hillis was the best option.

Eh...I'm in the process of trying to trade Torrey Smith for an RB. I feel like Meachem can be my flex and I can rotate RBs if needed there, plus I like the Rivers to Meachem connect.

I was actually debating between taking Meachem and Smith, but I feel Smith could put up some big numbers and then Meachem came back anyway.

:ehh:

i dont trust Hillis, but besides that you are solid. Bench is nice no homo. Pats DEF gonna be good too. you should be :eat: on that team with a few moves.

I'm torn on Hillis. If they use him like they did Thomas Jones, he'll be suitable. If Charles is a beast, he could be nothing. Its a lot of risk on Hillis, I'm not sure I like it as my RB2. I'm trying to hold onto him though for my RB3. I feel like he has good upside though based on where he's getting drafted.

yea better off with him as your RB3 or Flex. might be able to trade some bench guys for an RB2

Yeah one more solid RB for the flex spot and your set.

Everyone seems to be high on Meachem, what am I missing? Rivers is a great QB, but he's not Drew Brees. I know they don't have as many mouths to feed in SD, but still, he was inconsistent with arguably the second best QB in the league, on a pass first offense...

damn really? rotoworld has him missing 2 games. even if he misses 3, he averaged 110 yards a game last year.

you should have seen the local news with that injury

:snoop:

just missing so much camp, getting into the swing of things when he gets back, not crazy about him to begin with, etc. norv is probably so desperate for this season, he will probably rush him back and re injure him.
