You don't necessarily have to resize the shyt down to 100x100, it's the file size that's the problem.

damn it has to be a certain file size too..

For people wondering about the file size:

You have to compress the shyt out the image. It has to be less than 9 KB.

Step 1
save your image file to your computer/phone

Step 2
Go here and upload the photo

PicResize - Crop, Resize, Edit images online for free!

Step 3
scroll down..
change "resize your picture" setting to "custom size" and resize the image to 100x100 or higher

Step 4
scroll to the bottom of the page...

change the setting "jpg quality" to "good".. or set a "JPG MAX filesize" that is under 10kb

step 5

click the "im done" button at the bottom of the page , then click save to disk on the next page

upload the file to link
