How the English Language sounds to non-English speakers?

living in miami, its so weird to hear the spanish language and how they sound when communicating with one another. imo it doesn't even sound like they're having an actual conversation,all i hear is words being thrown rapidly at one another. This led me to wonder what does the english language sound like to non-native speakers.

can anyone who's a non native english speaker, vouch for this?

I talk British English and bajan creole. I know it's similar to US English but US speak sounds strange to me
