prob cause dan the fat fukk  Schneider was involved
This mainly. There a rumors floating about that the girls on All That, some of age, some not, were being messed with by some producers and writers on the show.

They had this skit with Kobe once that was weird for young girls to be participating in. On some groupie shyt. And that heavy set girl they stayed making fat jokes about, wouldn't fly today.

Sorta set the ground work for when Schneider got his first run with The Amanda Show.

Of course Bynes started on All That and she's been messed up since. Drake Bell was on her show too, he got caught talking with a underage girl only a year ago or so.

The humor on All That and most of the live action shows from Nick tended to be unfunny and in poor taste. My Pops even thought Kel was on some clown shyt for the Good Burger skits.

As an adult now, I'm not comfortable letting kids watch it knowing the fukkery that surrounds these programs

Hey Arnold!, early SpongeBob, Doug, and some of the other Nicktoons are fine, they took that Ren and Stimpy comedic timing and toned it down heavily so it wasn't so disturbing. The innuendo goes over most kids heads

When it came on SNICK back in the day, my parents wouldn’t let me or my sister watch. As an adult, I get it.

My folks wouldn’t let us watch In Living Color on Sunday nights either. We grew up in a strict household. My parents weren’t going for “adult” stuff, especially in kids shows

Gen X. teens from the 90s were a totally different breed. There was really anything that could shock us. We learned to find the humor in pretty much everything. Some of us remember when Regan got shot on live TV and the next week SNL had a parody. Then when a lot of us between the ages of 7-15 watched a spaceship blow-up live on T.V on a school day while watching it at school. By the time the latter half of Gen-X'ers were comfortable age we had seen so much that Ren and Stimpy was tame, in comparison to the evening news stories about Crack and Aids. Or some other shyt like kidnappings and it's 10 o clock, do you know where your kids are? We love our era but looking back we were fukked from the jump. And so are the generations that followed.

Honestly it’s some scenes that were even more fukked than a lot of the clips in here that I can’t even find. But it was a funny ass show. :russ:
