The findings in the op are strong arguments for epigenetics and cultural issues (although they're shying away from certain specific cultural aspects).
This is what I meant when I said you were "partially right" in your other thread. I was specifically talking about the epigenetic and cultural results of being terrorized and impoverished for hundreds of years under the rule of white supremacy.
This would be my argument for African American behavior.

based on my own experiences, this may have some merit. when I was a kid, back in like kindergarten/1st grade, I struggled with everything. reading, writing, counting, spelling, concentration, you name it. of course, educators and doctors wanted to attribute it all to adhd (something young boys, especially black boys are diagnosed with at a very disproportionate rate), but now that I look back on it, how could a 5 or 6 year old think about school when you're not even sure when you're gonna get a meal that wasn't prepared at school or where you're sleeping that night? during the school year while I was in 1st grade my mom met my stepfather 
and they were married shortly after. my life seriously stabilized overnight. we moved into a place of our own, I had cooked meals everyday, I no longer dreaded going to school and being shyt on for rocking pro wings because my pops was adamant that if he was gonna look fresh his kids were look fresh too. that stability afforded me the ability to concentrate on the only things that should matter to a 6 or 7 year old. not matters that were beyond my means to correct and figure out.

Your whole post the truth, but this stood out to me the most. Folks will always act like if your folks made it out of the inner city they cakin. Doing amazingly well.

Then add a divorce to the mix, how hell is a kid suppose to ask for help, let alone get it?

Now imagine the feeling a parent feels when their kids becomes a victim to the world. It eats you up inside because you literally sacrifice your body to "pay the bills" doing what you feel will give your kids a opportunity to make it out, but in reality you are also leaving your kid out in the open for the beast known as the world to swallow them whole. This is why FAMILY is important. When parents go ghost to grind for the family its critical that you have cousins/aunts/uncles/ etc who can help out (assuming they arent crazy themselves).
The thing is in America the individualism narrative is pushed so hard where families dont even rock with each other like that unless its a funeral or something.

It's impossible. I told my wife, after years of research, organizing before her and just a lot of reading, it's impossible to end the Black decay in this country. While integration wasn't all bad, it was the death nail to already broken people from Jim Crow, slavery, etc.

Obvious by now we're not getting outta this mess without a serious game changer. As you learn greater amounts of information about our situation and history, that's the only conclusion you can come to.
"Elite" blacks won't do shyt, because they have nothing to gain. And quite frankly at this point, they will most likely breed out into other groups. Can't rely on the political, religious, etc classes.. they have failed completely. And ya gotta figure a sizable percentage of folk are just plain tired.

After a certain point of wealth, nationality, religion, and culture do not matter. What matters is class. Elite blacks got more in common with elite whites than they do with regular black people. And the more wealth people have, the more callous they are. That's a scientific fact.

This idea that there can be a class colloboration between the wealthy and elite Blacks and the rest of is a fundamental political problem...these nikkas are not Black like we are...
