I only go to the gym 3-4 days a week; 2 hours still seems like just an inordinate amount of time to me.
What are people doing in 2 hours that they can't get done in 1/2 the time?
I know people who play basketball, swim, or do something like boxing in addition to lifting. They still might do a short run. For some people, they actually like the gym/it isn't a chore and they have a lifestyle that offers the freedom.![]()
I know plenty of people that do those things also and they still aren't in the gym for 2 hours at a time every time they go, but different strokes and all that jazz.

Do you have 20 inch arms? You can cut that arm and chest volume in half. Unless you are juicing then disregard.
I spend about 1 hour - 1.5 in the gym depending on condition and which block wave I'm in.
An hour & a half to 2 hours, 3 days a week. :cenasabo:
Heavy weight, high controlled reps. No cardio as of late.
an hour or less.
In my opinion if it takes you longer than an hour your intensity is too low.
