45 minutes to an hour depending upon what day it is (cardio or weight training).
Don't really have a need to be in there any longer.

I only go to the gym 3-4 days a week; 2 hours still seems like just an inordinate amount of time to me.Same time but six days a week.
If you're doing 2 hours for 3 or 4 days, then I can see it.
