How much time do you spend working out?

I spend about 2 hours now i dont know how the hell i use to do 45 mins :wtf:

Think it was because i would come in 10 mins hilt 30 mins lift maybe 5 or more of hiit to end it.


I saw results so never changed it .

:ohhh: I was at planet fitness and their gym sucks so i got in and out.



Now at my new gym i take advantage of all the free weight machines t bar row , seated calf raises , so many iso machines :noah:

When I was losing weight it was an 1 to 1 and half hours.

I thought when I started bulking it would be less time since no cardio, but now I spend 2 to 2 and a half hours in the gym.

If I'm lifting it's about 50 minutes to an hour......It's 2 hours if I'm hitting the heavy bag, jumping rope and hitting the speed bag.

:lupe: I wish I could get 2 hours a day, wife + kid + long hours @ work= 1hr at most, a few times a week.

might have to go the semtex route and do the home gym thing

It really depends on how often you go and how effecient you are when you there. Two years ago I used to go 2 hours a day for 4-5 days a week and now I go for an hour hour 15 min tops 5 times a week some times six and now that i got my diet right never had better results. If you eating right and putting in work at the gym you don't need to spend 2 hours a day in there.

You have to ask yourself how hard you're working if you're spending hours in there and you aren't in that good of shape. How long are you taking in between sets? If you stand around talking for a few min inbetween sets like a lot of people, you probably aren't in very good shape.

Me personally I spend about 60-70min.
