How much sick and vacation leave do you accrue at your 9 to 5

We have unlimited sick time, with the idea that it's not being abused.

the first 3 years you accrue time off at a rate of 6.67 hours for every month for a per year total of 10 days (2 weeks). After 3 years it's 10 hours for every month, so 15 days (3 weeks), and 5 years equals 4 weeks and then 8-`0 floating holidays per year.

We get 7.5 PTO hours every 2 weeks. Basically like a day for every pay period.

We get 4 Floating Hoildays and there is no limit on the sick time

I'm currently sitting on 103 PTO hours

A little over 6.6 hrs a month of vacation time. Then, 24 hrs of floating holiday time on top of that. Plus, 6 holiday days (new years, memorial day, July 4th, labor day, thanksgiving, Christmas).
Everyone's vacation time accrual is different depending on how long you have been with the company.

i earn 2.5 days of leave a month. i don't get sick days, but i can call in sick whenever i want, take emergency leave whenever i want with no charge. if you have over 75 days of leave at the end of the year, you lose those extra days.
