Including flight, hotel, food, booze, and assuming you're going clubbing I'd say it can be done for $2k. Seems like a lot of money when you realize you could leave the country for a week for that kinda dough, though.

If you're cheap like me, you can share a hotel with 3 of your friends, carpool the way there, not go to a club, and do it for like $700.

If you are tryin to club, drink, stay in a nice hotel,flight, cabs, food, spendin money etc. NYE for an estimated 3 day stay should do it all for about 3-4k at the most
