$1 million dollars in my country is the equivalent of $6 million in local currency so that would be more than enough to never work again for the rest of my life :blessed:

Lowest probably around 2.5 mill

Put it in the stock and withdraw 3% given the annual return is around 8-10%

But honestly 5 million would be sweet spot and anything over is just better

I could possibly make it work with as little as $525K.

Id be very close to pulling the trigger near $710K.

I could do it without much worry at $815K.

$925K would allow me to live pass my current means. Probably wouldn't have to budget much either.

I know yall probably looking at me crazy, but 10% gains on $925K give me just about what I make now b4 anything is taking out of my check.

Also, my current bills are very low.

If yall are really serious about retiring early. I suggest you play around with that calculator I posted.

I think that most ppl will need a lot less than they think to retire.

But the key is investing early and often. And keeping your debts/bills in check.

If I stay in US and I never marry or have children 4-5 million is enough
Could probably do it for 2m

If I decide to leave the country,,1-2 million will do

There seems to be an assumption that COL will be the same for the next 4 decades...these answers is light lol

Who do you know has $5 Million+ for retirement though? Unless you a successful business owner or make $300k salary, that shyt is impossible to reach.

With $2 Million I can buy a $300k house. No rent, no mortgage. That leaves me with 1.7 Million. At a 7% return, that will draw over $100k/yr.
