I remember one time my freshman yr we ordered like $50 worth of chinese and it was me, my 2 roommates and 3 other females in the living room. I answered the door and the b*stard did not want to step in the doorway of our apartment so I could count the money for him.
Chinese man was like

putting that bag over your shoulder and walking 20feet from the store to the car to the house is really worth that much more money. The difference between a cheese pizza and a works pizza of the same size can be a difference of $10+

Misplaced anger, you need to be getting at everybody but the customer. You need to made at the game. Customers who don't tip also contribute to the business.
