I used to drink 4-5 drinks a day in my college days (too much, I know), but these days I really only drink on the weekends, and even then not as much as I used to. To be honest, it had less to do with health concerns and more to do with the fact that being hungover at work sucks.

I drink a lot less now than I did when I was younger. I usually only drink socially. I had a dead guy ale with lunch today. I've got a rack in my fridge I haven't touched since I had company a week ago. When I go out drinking with my friends or to pick up a girl I'll have twenty ipa's between start to finish. I rarely purchase bottles anymore, the mixed drinks I like are overpriced so I rarely order them, and I don't like getting bombed when I'm out; after a few dozen Old Fashioneds or Manhattans I would be. Sometimes I wont drink for a months at a time. I haven't been to a bar since the 22nd.


They say everything in moderation.
