You can find a home for a real nice price in Southwest and it's not the complete war zone it was back in the day. But yea... you can forget finding something reasonable around East Atlanta Village nowadays.

like I said it all depends. I own a house in DC proper as well. "Nice" and "low" are both relative terms. Bottomline is that black folks are not willingly moving into the city limits as much as they should be.
