How many times you use a bath towel before you wash it/grab a new one?

I don't even remember what the hell I was reading but apparently there are people out there who use their towel more than once before getting a new one.

Once for a wash towel...with dry towels usually after using them I keep em laying around to use for minor stuff like drying my hands after washing them or using it on the floor to catch water from the next shower

Me- I might use the same towel maybe 2 to 3 times a week. I always dry off then hang it up to dry. Washclothes- I use a different one everytime. Because those wet washcloths get bacteria if you leave it in the tub.

I always thought it wasnt that serious whatever youre saving (time, water, laundry detergent) aint worth using an old towel

Cant wait to see nikkas give fake answers in here. In reality I have four towels, I use two a week. In the summer I could shower anything up to 3x a day. But in winter it’s usually once on a weekday or twice on weekends. Towels getting used 4/5 times before washing which I’d say is about par for the course.

Anything more than that and we get into territory.

must live at home and have mom and dad doing laundry and paying your water bill.

Truthfully, I switch towels every few days. Maybe 5-6 showers per towel (twice a day some days depending on when I go to the gym). But if you wash your damn body in the shower and hang up your towel, all it's doing is transferring moisture so it's not that serious

Wow, y’all nikkas wasting water/dirty af if you can’t use a washcloth 4-7 times. I always have sets of towels, use one washcloth for my face, one washcloth for my body, and of course a bath towel to dry off. Give the washcloth a rinse when I’m done, ring it out, then hang to dry. I usually use towels for a week, 4-5 days if it’s my period week.

Wash cloth, one per shower including separate ones for my face and body. Towels, two a week. My cousin uses a fresh towel every day. She’s OCD though lol.

Once a week unless I had a filthy ass day. Wash clothes get washed out with soap and dried after use, the same thing your washing machine is doing.

Towels in just drying off my clean body after a shower.

Change them out weekly, save my time and water bill.
