I haven't been able to find any info on Boyega's & Ridley's contracts. I wonder if Disney made them sign up for 6 Star Wars movies or just 3? I can't see Disney ending Boyega and Ridley's story at 3 movies. I figured they would go the Marvel route and milk it, and make them sign on for 6 films.
