Don't all cop cars have dash cams that could've at least picked up the audio of the confrontation?
There is none, Ferguson's police chief said.

Thomas Jackson says his department has 18 patrol cars. This spring, the department purchased two dashboard cameras and two wearable body cameras, but the equipment hasn't been installed because the department doesn't have the money to cover that cost, he said.

to rely on celebs is wrong.

but to feel frustrated is natural.

especially on people like Kanye, because with everything he talked about on his last album, his detractors were arguing that he was saying it all for himself, not for any community. and they are now being proven right. nelly is another one, although he has not been that type of artist, but for him to not come out and say anything of note, is pathetic.

I'd be the first to say I'm not looking for a new Malcolm or Martin. Those days have passed us. I feel like anytime we get someone that's speaking from the hip on some unapologetic shyt is getting taken out. That's why all of these entertainers are keeping their mouths shut.

They're doing their part by keeping us divided as a black community. Constantly pumping negativity, pure hate, drug/alcohol use, Ratchetness, materialism, egotistical selfishness, and greed. They would rather make collabs about mollys then speak on black on black crime and white on black crime when it comes to the police. And these same artists and athletes don't have freedom of speech cause white daddy gonna take them checks away.

I honestly don't expect them to fight against anything. Because most of them are the same artists that's pushing these kids to be out in them streets instead of learning knowledge of self. Call me a conspiracy theorist if u want. Most of this world of entertainment is designed to keep us fukked up. I don't care what u say. Just look around u. Pay attention to the constant bull shyt that gets shoved down our throats on a everyday basis. Think about the conscious artists that have a message but never heard. Nyggas calling it the sharif syndrome.

The only way this shyt can change is by us being unified. All of us having the same agenda across the board. No egos when it comes to unity and black economics. These days one voice is not enough. A unified collective of us unapologetic non politically corrected blacks is the way to go. We need to stop letting the liberal and conservative media dictate our lives. Along with the tabloided microwaved fast-food media telling us what to give a fukk about. And props to @L*E*G*A*C*Y* for that post.

Rappers are spineless pussies these days..starting to feel like abandoning this culture all around cause it has no heart or backbone anymore..

And many of these c00n rappers are on that :mjpls: policy very hard. Rap music is now used to numb people from fighting back and making people content with bullshyt.

On a side note, Menace II Society done played out the conscious black folks out of black media back in 93. Rap music today is basically COINTELPRO bullshyt to keep black people fighting against each other and to keep us numb.

This generation (and by generation i mean everybody living, not just the teens or 20 somethings that people love to blame) is truly lost. Who gives a fukk about a tweet? Not a single exec cares about these guys voicing support for this issue. Get a grip.

What we're experiencing is a crisis in leadership. These guys have no clue what to do. There's no Malcom or Martin to really blaze the path with a clear vision and clear path to change.

I don't care about random 'fukk the police' or 'we're all ******s' or 'stop killing us' outburst.... that shyt accomplishes nothing.

There are no real leaders in the young generation. Everyone is out for their selfish bullshyt.

A big reason rap has fell off is because it no longer speaks for or is an representation of the people nor the struggle. We had Gil Scott-Heron singing about the revolution not being televised, and pleading the save the children. Got Bob Marley singing out getting up and standing up. Where's OUR musical, cultural leaders? This is more proof that hip hop has FAILED black America. fukk hip hop.

Rap been taken over by powers that be to manipulate and numb the spirit of rebellion. Materialism, simping hoes, and "swag" is the anti-thesis of fighting back for your basic rights.

I think this whole idea that the white man runs hip hop so blacks can't say anything is not relevant here, I think.

The Devils that run it don't care what you talk about as long as you keep making them money. Unless you get too powerful. No rapper is gonna get black balled or whatever just coming out and saying at least something! They're not talented enough to become another Tupac, but the least you can do is stand up for your people.

:what:

So they have all that money for paramilitary fukknut fantasy gimp gear and tanks and shyt, but no money to put cameras in to actually police the police.

:stopitslime: He needs to sell that bullshyt elsewhere.
