she loses all points. especially if she looks good. i mean, when you see an ugly girl with bad breath, it doesn't bother you as much because she's already ugly, so you pretty much expect her breath to smell bad or for her to have some other defect about her. but when a girl looks decent or good and she's got bad breath, that's an automatic turnoff...

Its one thing to have bad breath like you ate a meal that left your breath stank, but to see a white tongue, butterey teeth, or mass plaque build up then not only would I have to school him basic dental hygiene but neg him to bolivia.
