IMO,its so obvious its beyond debate. Late great Chancellor Williams,author of seminal,'Destruction of Black Civilisation,' said as much 30 years ago among many others while in 96 then CIA boss John Deutch admitted his agency introduced crack to LA in the early 80s.

Ostensibly the intent was to fund the Contras in their war with the Communists rulers of Nicaragua by allowing them to import cocaine which was turned then into crack by local street gangs. Crime reached such levels ,much of inner city America resembled war zones by the early 90s. Indeed,many observers wondered if this weren't the CIA's true intent.

Question:What's the point of all this? Its not money but seems to be a deeper perhaps pathological requirement to keep blacks perpetually fcuked up. No other minority,Asians,native Americans or Latinos has been so subjected to such agendas;why blacks,especially the men. What threatens the WRPS so much?

It targets all poor communities of all races, however if the U.S was an all white homogenous country, would the drug war/laws have become what they did. Highly unlikely. It was def used as a tool to hurt African Americans. It was the perfect way to make the community unstable, while telling them they are trying to stablize their communities.
