This is what that bullshyt magician Penn Gillette says. You can easily say"I believe there's a possiblity that there is a god but I'm not sure." I say I'm agnostic because I have an open interpretation of what a "god" can be but I am also open to the idea that life could have been created randomly. I believe that if there is a "god" than its an abstract god that lies within our universe rather than outside our universe as most western religions believe. This conception of God would be consistent with science because it allows God to have beenpresent in the big bang, evolution, quantam physics etc. At the same time I acknowledge that existence could have sprung forth randomly and that the laws of physics may have just preceded everything. The idea that you can either actively believe or not believe in God is just a false choice. One can easily answer the question of whether someone believes in God with the answer I gave earlier.
