You young nikkaz make me sick i swear.

That nikka made one of the best hip hop albums ever and is a member of one of the greatest groups in hip hop responsible for so much shyt your favorite rapper does or did.

That purple tape is blueprint for so much shyt after it. Rae can do whatever the fukk he wants.

the average career span of a 90s Baby's favorite rapper is like 3 years...so its no suprise there is animosity for nikkas like Rae who been around for decades and still aint goin nowhere. OP is a bytch.

the chronic not even his album

lets be real snoop has made good albums since doggystyle never the level tho

the last meal,r&g,the blue carpet treament

nobody mentions Immobilarity,The Lex Diamond Story when talking about raekwon people mention ob4cl2 cuz of the 1st one

And none of those comes close to holding a candle to Cuban Linx 2. Not even motherfukking close.

And people do know that Immobilarity and Lex Diamonds were not-good-to-shytty. It has been well discussed.

OB4CL is arguably the best album in hip-hop history. Rae doesn't have to do anything else...but...Linx 2 was amazing and Shaolin vs. Wu Tang was fantastic as well.

Not to mention his work on Ironman and the group albums.

We're really gonna try to minimize Raekwon's accomplishments on the coli now?

I aint even no Rae fan like that, but OB4CL2 is a classic. I enjoy it better than the 1st one to be honest with you.

The thing I love about CL2 is that Rae's back was to the wall. His last two albums weren't really fukked with, the Wu was in a downturn, all types of bullshyt was on the radio, he had to deal with high expectations....then he dropped a jewel on us. Nearly the entire album is dope, and it feels like such a rebirth/celebration b. The nikka revived the Wu and went so hard even Kanye started giving him verses on his albums.

Salute the god for eating in the 21st century - lotta legends can't say that.

Yep. Also he had been dropped from Aftermath. He did for the Wu for this decade what Ghostface did for the Wu the previous decade.

Linx 2 had everything, and it was so balanced. You had features from the Clan as well as Kiss, Styles, Busta, Sigel...you had production from older legends like RZA, Pete Rock, Marley Marl, Dre, and then new legends like ALC and Sermon. Then those Dilla tracks :lawd:

Ghost was in top form too. Man how can anyone rag on Linx 2?
