i need an apartment by July 27th. i just started looking now and will go check some out this weekend

if i see one i like and i say i want it how long does it usually take for the whole credit/whatever check to take place and i pay for it and the apartments mine for when i wanna move in?

the house i live in gets sold July 27th so im waiting until then. does rent always have to start on the 1st? like am i looking at August 1st or could i get in like July 25th?

If they have a unit open it can take just a few days. The only delay is that they will need to clean the apartment to make it move in ready.
