He know how and when to go and not. Passing out the post instead of off the dribble so much is doing wonders for him. He barely uses energy and it’s less wear on his body. His footwork is much improved so when necessary he don’t have to bulldoze his way to a bucket

Exactly. Cats nowadays are playing till their early 40's when years ago that would have never happened. With all around maintenance of your body and watching what you eat i can see how too? As much as we think 35 is super old in sports it's not anymore.
