trust me man i dont usually watch anime but after I watched that boku no hero yo

lil deku got heart I couldnt help but root for the kid

I watched like 6 episodes of boku no hero like about two episodes after he made it into the school then couldn't get into it anymore. Main character cries way too much and is way too emotional.

There are far better series than the ones listed on here and anime just isn't shonen like y'all are listing. Seinen anime are amazing too. And even ya harem or romance ones

I haven't seen anyone mention tokyo ghoul season 1 and 2, parasyte the maxime, etc and those are just more recent anime that are amazing.

Terra Formars season 1, Food Wars, Sword Art Online, Prison School, etc.
