What's the point?No it's definitely genetics and dedication, I was reading an article, I believe it was men's health back in 04, and his regimen is insane. He eats like 5000 calories a day and works out about 6-8 hours a day and his workouts are insane.

Genetics, dedication, and possibly trt since muscle growth and preservation at his age is...difficult.
I'm pretty sure it's genetics/trt/ hgh and some good old dedication.
