That was the main reason that my pops didn't rock with Ali. You would mention Ali's name as one of the GOATs, and my pops would immediately go My pops was the type that held grudges; you cross him once, that was it, you were done. He could never reconcile how Ali treated Joe Frazier (him and Frazier was from the same town in South Carolina, and also spent time in Philly) and thought that Ali was dead wrong for that.
