All of the others have their moments but these five are consistently comedians

He doesn't give a fukk about anyone but himself and by the end of season 6 Tony is totally isolated - no more Silvio, Junior, Chris, or even Bobby on his side. It's just Patsy who's left and he hates Tony's guts over whacking his twin brother. Nobody within the family would go to war with Paulie if he took out Tony. Plus in the final you see him shake hands, symbolically behind Tony's back, with the New York dude at the sitdown.

That dude is one of my favorite character. He's just an old school guy, look at Uncle Junior, he has no kids, no wife, etc.

Paulie is too hot head to be a boss, would be worst boss if he becomes a boss...He's better of stick to solider/capo/underboss.
