Government doesn't care about the moral aspect, it's about the money being transferred without their hand in the pot.

THAT'S NOT IT. THERE ARE TONS OF LEGAL JOBS WHERE CASH IS EXCHANGED WITH NO WAY OF THE GOVERNMENT TRACKING IT. 1099 COVERS THIS. IT'S MORE THE BEHIND THE SCENES STUFF THAT KEEPS IT ILLEGAL.

I think its stupid.... But like homeboy said above if the gov cant get a dime from it, then they ain't got no interest in legalizin' it.

The US is still one fukked up backward ass country in a lot of aspects... such as drugs and prostitution...

I dont know if its the christian evangelical factor... or if its the strict judicial system feedin' a very profitable prison-industrial complex... Or if the illegality of drugs and prostitution somehow proves good for the economy because it stumilates higher profit margin consumerism.... But the bottom line is as long as nikkaz exist there gone be women sellin that p*ssy, and the war on drugs has been lost n they just now realizin' it.

What it is is just like the drugs...U.S. doesn't have the best hoes.

Just like that top shelf cocaiena is from outdue country, same with dem hoes. If the U.S. legalized prostitution tomorrow and them Eastern European/Russian/Thai/Japaneze/Brazillian pimps and hoes come here and get it crackalatin', they gonna shut down the domestic pimp game because they got the illy product, yo. Foreign niccas would come over here and be living like kings virtually overnight.

Pusseh would just be one more thing that folks complain about people not buying American.

Sounds like an argument for the criminalization of forced prostitution, not all prostitution.

If the government can't get a cut u can't do it. Only people exempt is the church they don't gotta give no money up to uncle sam. :win:

church just as crooked as any other industry. they need to be paying these taxes as well.

and why can't the gov't get a piece of this prostitution game? if the hoes start paying taxes, it eliminates the need for a pimp, since they'd be able to call the police like any other law-abiding citizen.

If it was legal imagine there being as brothels (whore houses) as Mcdonalds in every city. With prostitution comes, drugs, rape, murder, ect could really ruin a city. I'd have to say i really can do without legal prostitution. decriminalizing drugs......Thats another story lol!

If i go through with my idea of Dennis Hof esque "pimping" then i definitely would have to root against it being "legalized" ......

disagree about the second part....i think we have to do it gradually tho and not jump into it ....

i agree with this for the most part.. :manny: regulate them ..make them all get liscenses...regular std testing to continue working....make pimps follow the same labor laws as any other business and most IMPORTANTLY tax the fukk out of them.

Can someone explain to me how a bytch is "forced" to sell p*ssy? I mean like the actual logic behind it and how it relates to prostitution? If I get a young bytch and force her to work at McDonald's does that make the fast food industry corrupt and immoral?

human trafficking and underage kids being in the prostitution game is a result of it being illegal

if it was legal and regulated, you wouldn't have as much trafficking

most people would only go to the safe regulated spots to get p*ssy.....because its illegal it allows the underworld to take over

look back at prohibition and how much crime came about because of it

do you see any violent gangs pushing alcohol anymore? sure there are still underage kids who drink, but is it really worth banning all alcohol just to make sure kids don't drink?

that is why banning prostitution because of trafficking is so stupid

read my other post you moron

trafficking and underage girls are only part of the game because its illegal

if it was legal and regulated, there would be less pimps getting involved in that shyt

just think about this......how many illegal alcohol selling spots you know? back in prohibition there was a crazy amount of crime related to alcohol.....now there is none because its legal and regulated

not saying that you'll never get a underage girls forced into the game.....just like alcohol is still consumed by kids under 21......however there would be alot less girls trafficked if it was legal.....why would a pimp take a chance on getting caught by going something illegal when he can do the same but legally.....once again it wouldn't get rid of every potential child being trafficked but it would greatly reduce what we have now

Just like young males are tempted and sometimes drop out of school and sell drugs. Young women addicted to fast money would drop out and sell their bodies. Most men don't care they don't check ids and still pursue even after being told she's 15-17.

I agree and wrote 2 papers about how government should sanction and provide safe sex places for adults to pay for sex, including testing.

For instance clients would get checkups at least once every 2-3 months to show that they are clean. Workers test every 2 weeks like in porn.

But the problem is do you pay for the act or the time? Like am I paying for 1 hour and I get to get head or p*ssy until time is over or do I pay for oral then intercourse and the funds include my climax? What if it takes me 15 min to bust. What about more than an hour?

If the gov or the states set a prime rate for an act or p*ssy that just means people will illegally sell for less.

You'll get the same discrepancies that you get in regular working America. The white blond may get 20 fukks a day while the black client gets 10 and the fat one gets 2. Are they paid by the job, hourly or salary. Either one isn't keeping the lights on in the place where it's going on very long.

Do the workers have to clock in at 8 and leave at 5 or is it appointment only? We'd almost have to legalize street walking unless there was a website where you select who you want to fukk and book a time like Thursday at 7:30 pm.

Otherwise imagine a broad getting fired for selling p*ssy because she was late too many times.

I believe if the gov stepped in it could help rape and stds go down but then the moral fabric (or what's left of it) of our society would decline.
