just think about this......how many illegal alcohol selling spots you know? back in prohibition there was a crazy amount of crime related to alcohol.....now there is none because its legal and regulated

1) All prostitutes would require a license to practice, even force them to pay for a sex and health education certificate...

2) Create a professional college that oversees the industry...

3) All brothels would need to be accredited, and established in designated areas of the cities...

4) Tax them fairly...

5) All professionals would be required to have a valid STI test at least every week...

People would go to brothels or independent professionals with the proper clearances, and it would reduce all kinds of societal ills associate with illegal activities...
