Because it’s a reflection of the times and if more people put two and two together that the most successful commercial artist had to switch up to match the sentiment of the times to continue to push out content all of this would make more sense. In all seriousness, I was joking when I said he should go back to degrassi but pivoting to acting in movies and shows instead of the booth could be his saving grace.
Would also give his fans a reason to actually miss the music he would probably sporadically be dropping from here on out.

Someone said earlier that Drake making a grown up accountability album would be a good look and that may actually work. Him doubling down like he's a gangsta won't work. Him making us dance is going to get him clowned because he's doing what Kendrick is telling him to.
A grown up album honing up to all the toxic things he's done, and how he's taking action being a better man can maybe give his career a resurgence. He's almost 40, embrace getting older, it ain't bad, and I'm younger than this duds by some years.
With all that's been exposed about him on a national level, people will be emphasing on him being a 38 year old man still trying to act young which would easily Segway into his grooming/pdf allegations. Also start messing with girls his age group.
