If you are that hung up about your size then go to a store and purchase a cloth measuring tape like the ones tailors use....... Take the tape and measure from the top... There are 2 types of measures for length. A measure w/o the fat pad(the area around your genitals.... unless you are skinny)pressed in and one with. The bigger you are the more fat you will have in this area so your penis will be hidden and it will be harder to measure. If you are shorter than 6 inches you are below average and 4 inches and under are small. For the girth, take that same tape and measure around the base(where your penis begins next to the fat pad). The base is usually the largest part but you can measure the head or center(whichever part is largest). Anything under 5 inches in girth is under average and under 4 is small.
If are under 6x5, then you are in the bottom 20% percentile, the average 30% percentile male is between 6-7in x 5-6in and the top 20% percentile is 7.5+ x 5+ in.
Under 2 in diameter = snug fit
2-2.2 = regulars
2.2 or above = Magnums
