Just eat once every 15 hours. And yeah train in the gym like there's no tomorrow. Belly fat is the hardest to get rid of.

Keep your reps and weights as close as possible and just reduce your sets. That's the best way to know how well you are preserving muscle

Exactly! Intensity is the top priority. From there it's reps. And from there it's overall volume. Change as little as possible

Skipping, boxing, sparring, pads, circuit, running, weights/bodyweight, ab workouts, diet (eat less bullshyt all the time.)

That and your age will determine how fast you can burn it.
