I feel ya breh. Went through something similar a few years ago (shyt, from time to time, still go through it). I did the following:
-First: Kicked all naysayers, non-supporters and really any mafukka that didn't truly have your best interest at heart (unfortunately, included many family members)
-Stayed active (balled, cycled, visited museums/ landmarks, etc.)
-Ate better and drank water (Clean body = clean mind)
-Allowed myself to go through the peaks and valleys of my emotions. Fighting them made it worse
-Opened my horizons and did different things (i.e. took up art and photography, attending cigar rolling classes, listen to a different genre of music, etc.)
-Focused on someone other than yourself and making someone laugh/ smile (laughter is contagious)
