Besides lacking skills a Chicano/Cholo rappers lacked charisma and personality on the mic. And just overall mic presence. That's why SPM was one of the best if not the best MexicAN MC. Very underrated.

who knows with that camp, alot of them aren't the gang bangers like they make it seem seem except for a very few, this chick i work with her daughter was doing promo for them and told me about a show they were doing at that American Legion Post and i just about lost it laughing...they 15 minutes of what little fame they had is up

then there was big lokotes baby mama turning heel on her man and doing songs with her enemies. shyt was too much comedy. i never watchd them dvds, but i didint have to, i was getting hte info first hand.

but you guys gotta understand, im from northern california, so "chicano" rap is really "sureno rap". Nortenos dont even think to classify themselves as such and thats another story.

oooh theres also mr chino grande talking about snoop dogg, calling him a mayate and claiming mexicans invented rap on some aztec shyt. too much comedy.

My nephews showed me those exposal videos and i forgot about the big lokote exposed as child molester but i heard they were all fakes from the jump except criminal...

but your dead on the whole sureno/chicano rap...listening to darkroom and other nortenos, they didnt even think of limiting themselves like surenos did, but i know radio stations and other media ran with that title to limit all "Chicano" rap as that

lokote is from cuatro flats, hes legit. he lives in new mexico now though and makes some horrorcore rap with some cornballs from serial killin records, shyts corny as fukk.

darkroom basically been finished ever since nuestra familia caught that crackdown and nikkas started snitchin, sir dyno and i forgot who else was on the fukking 700 CLUB. let me repeat this. SIR DYNO, WAS ON THE 700 CLUB.

also, darkroom nikkas caught hell because they never paid anybody anything, youd do a feature and they wouldnt pay you. they also did songs with nikkas. but check this shyt out. this is why chicano rap is trash.
