This is what you do.... Ask her would she would like to go out for walks with you everyday for at least an hour. Make it look like you are making a lifestyle change(which obviously you don't need)when the change is actually benefits her. If she accepts, cool... If not, don't show any emotion and go on about your business like nothing is wrong then re-evaluate the situation when she's not around. If she starts interrogating then just stick to the script. This is about you(but really for her).
