Oh, and there seems to be like 100 different world leagues with 100s of teams and shyt. Ain’t got time to find out where to even start with all that shyt.

MLS is approachable to the super casual fan, like myself.

fukk them other leagues even if they are light years ahead.

It's easier to follow now... more than ever.

The top Euro leagues most years are going to be the Premier League in England, Bundesliga in Germany, La Liga in Spain and then to a lesser extent Ligue 1 in France and Serie A in Italy.

Then there's the Champions League where the best teams from Europe (those five leagues and others) go head to head. There's more to it than just this but I'm trying to keep it simple.

For Domestic league viewing -

Every Premier League game is on Peacock or NBC/USA. If you have Peacock you can follow every game.

Every La Liga and Bundesliga game is on ESPN Plus.

Every Serie A game is on Paramount Plus.

Most of the top Ligue 1 games are on Bein Sports.

Then for the Champions League -

Every game is on Paramount Plus.

If you have limited time for viewing then I would recommend watching the games that matter the most and the rest if you want to follow along you can go on YouTube and they will have every game with 10 minute or so highlight packages.

I feel you but I also wanna have somewhat of a connection to the teams.

I couldn’t even tell you where those teams that you listed are based out of.

With MLS I can just check for the team(s) in my state…or even go to a game or two.

I hear you there... you aren't going to be able to attend a big game from Europe unless you travel to Europe. But if you want to see all world talent... that's how to do it. They are mostly in the five leagues I mentioned above.

Also, the World Cup is coming here to the U.S. in 2026. I'd recommend trying to get to a game or two. It will be insane.

Breh says "It's easier to follow than ever" with his whole chest out... and proceeds to list 4 diff streaming services required to watch 5-6+ separate leagues across all of Europe. :dead: As someone who DOES watch PL/CL, keeping up with ALL of top flight football globally is 100% a hassle and a chore still. All you're doing is illustrating why ppl from the US ain't fukking with it like that. :pachaha:

Breh... it's easier because these games weren't available at the touch of a button before.. you had to jump through all kind of hoops or just hope that ESPN or FOX Soccer would be showing something worth your time.

So yeah, it's A LOT easier now than it was previously.

Also, like I said... if you DON'T want to watch all the games or don't have the time to do it, etc.. you can follow along on YouTube. Watch the highlights, in ten minutes the videos will show you all the key plays of the game.

My problem with the league is no relegation and expansion

This league doesnt need more expansion, last thing it needs is more watered down shytty talent from El Salvador and Borneo.

mid 00s was the easiest time ... when practically everything could be found on FSC, GolTV, and ESPN. Now there are a bunch of extra channels and streaming services to purchase for the same level of access.

Most of the big Euro games are on at 10am ET/7am PT or at 3pm ET/12 Noon PT on Saturdays/Sundays and the Champions League is on Tuesdays/Wednesdays at 3PM ET/12 Noon PT.

I love watching soccer before college sports or NFL comes on.

Less than 500k for a championship game not good. I had no clue the Cup game was even on FOX. Thought it was on apple. Its being said the MLS is now behind the WNBA as a tv property.

MLS Cup sinks to new low

Last Saturday’s Galaxy-Red Bulls MLS Cup averaged 468,000 viewers across Fox and Fox Deportes, down 47% from last year’s edition (890K). English-language coverage averaged 427,000 viewers on the Fox broadcast, down 48% from 815,000 viewers last year (815K). Fox Deportes averaged just 41,000 viewers, down 45% from the 2023 MLS Cup broadcast.

During the MLS Cup time slot, the entirety of Apple TV+ averaged just 287,000 viewers — up only slightly from around the 222,000 people that were watching the service the previous Saturday, according to John Ourand of Puck.
