Rikishi being a mercenary who did it to move up the card or for money was simply but made sense. Go read this and tell me Vince being revealed as the higher power made sense. This was a clear example of them starting an angle without even the slightest idea of how they wanted to conclude it.

Induction: The Greater Power – Aw, son of a…

I don't think I was disappointed. Probably indifferent. I heard rumors of Jake the Snake and Ted DiBiase, but at the time I'm thinking "Why the hell would Undertaker take orders from those guys at this point of time? :dahell:"

When it was Vince, I was "Well, it would've been cooler if it was someone new, but Vince is the boss so I guess that makes sense? :manny:"

It actually didn't make sense though :heh:

One of my absolute favorite websites. I remember seeing an interview with crash holly where he talked about how whenever he’s having a shytty day he’d hop on there and read some of their inductions and it’d instantly put him in a better mood :lolbron:

I always visited it back in the early 2000s but haven’t seen all the new shyt lol. Just read the wm32 entry.

I wasn't as into the background of the business back then as now, so it was just a watch and enjoy the show mood whenever wrestling would be on.

Over in Atlanta at the same time as the Higher Power storyline, WCW was running an equally horrendous storyline with the infamous “White Hummer” angle. This shyt makes Vince being the Higher Power look like Hogan being the Third Man by comparison :scust:

This blog attempts to make some sense of it
