The jews whored it via multimillion dollar industries for profit. 
Every single black tribe has it's own music and culture, but not all of them have the jews to whore it and splash it globally while making billions. I quite like how our culture is kept to us. I don't want to see some cac wearing our gear, stealing our music or trying to be like us, it would anger me.

Most cultures aren't consumable because they've evolved with the indigenous people for centuries. Truth be told, no one dresses hiphop and you wear pants and speak english, your last name is also not african. All Major Secular and Vernacular traditions come from us, It ain't just hiphop, it's basically anything that ain't classical. I hear house music is booming in south Africa

You're going to compare a country with 11 million to one with 100 million? That's like asking why doesn't Norway have culture overseas, neither one have industries ran by jews to have them shipped, also listening to Jamaican music does not equate culture being shipped around the world. Perhaps you don't know the definition of culture.

in other words, you using algebra, science, an entire model such as democracy, capitalism, fine arts, theater, would be considered consumable culture. The model in which most humans use, not just some small interest that people listen to on their spare time. The internet for example, would be something I would consider a great feet that the entire world uses. Music which most do not even own the masters of, is quite mediocre in comparison.
I don't have to get into what africans did for the world, every time you brush your teeth and use moisturiser its reflected, these sorts of things moved mankind forward, wearing grills....not so much.
