How did a powerful black empowerment speech turn into a diss towards black men

Let's keep it all the way 1hunnid. Alot of our people don't like being black but are afraid to admit it publicly. It's the same mindset with colorism. People in the community acknowledge it exists, but can never pinpoint the people who perpetuate it. When have you ever heard black folk admit to being colorstruck?

Can't nothing positive happen in our community without our own people nitpicking it.

Because women are the ones on social media and forums acting like thirst buckets. I still prefer not to have whiteness be a prominent voice of pro Blackness, it's counter productive and an homage to the idea that we are nothing without white supremacy.

Things like this prove how mentally ill many of the people who post on the internet are. How could anyone take this and turn it into a diss towards black men are really mentally sick.

The internet to me seems like a haven for the mentally ill cause they have an outlet where they can express their odd opinions and weird thoughts and no one contests them or says otherwise.

it just seems like when there's praise and attention involved...then these particular black men are interested....but when problems are being addressed...then it's completely ignored....or like you said....projected on black women...

I see...a butt hurt, entitled white woman's mixed child who resents my not wanting them as the head of our table....have several stadiums of seats, not everything needs to center around your white supremacist self. My Blackness was not a decision made for me by non Black mother, it has been a part of my tapestry since the dawn of time and the newly Black mixed spawned from my oppressors that benefit from the systemic racism we're fighting should not be prominently representing us in the media, it looks ridiculous. Be lucky that we have seats for you at our table, unlike your non Black half.

Please do not call people half breeds...my younger brother is mixed, but has always identified as Black since he was raised solely by us. I understand what he's doing in part, however, we've always pander to white supremacy by having those whites deem less threatening represent us, look at the leadership of the NAACP since the beginning. I refuse to embrace Euroracist aesthetics that white supremacy deems better than SSA physicality...even as they inject, butcher and damage their skin to emulate thos every features they used to mock. We need the Blackness that they fear to be in their faces, not perpetuate the plantation hierarchy which WE CHOSE to continue.
