Dallas, Texas but living in Houston, Texas
People act as if black people don’t live in these countries. lol. Literally spoke to a black Cuban talking about how hard life was there due To communism . Black coworker had the nerve to repeat this sentiment to them and they went off. No opportunities , just everybody poor together , while the government prospers
Yeah, when I visited Cuba in 2022, I talked with a lot of people down there. Black and white. None of them liked living there and I saw REAL poverty down there. Made me realize that even though America has a LOT of problems, we got it made compared to them. Now some of the conditions people in Cuba are experiencing is due to the embargo but a lot of it is due to the communist system as well.

When I was in the Marines, there was a Ukrainian in my unit he came to the United States in the late 90s when the Soviet Union collapsed. The Marines was a way to get his citizenship a lot quicker. He talked about life in the USSR as a child/teenager and stories from his parents and grandparents how life was like there in the 50s, 60s, etc. shyt was rough.

There's good and bad in every economic system but ain't no way I would live in a communist country. Maybe a country with an economic system like Germany(West Germany during the Cold War), Norway, etc. Capitalism with a strong safety net for the citizens.

You are an apologist for totalitarianism, not me.

Jim Crow was a totalitarian system that kept Black people from freely participating in the capitalist system by force. The very system of authoritarianism you want to implement.

Totalitarianism can be used in both socialist and capitalist systems. There is no such thing as a good totalitarian.

Please show me where and when black folk were unable to do business? My granddaddy was born in Richland Ga in 1910 and him and a bunch of other prominent blacks were wealthy as hell by the 1940s.
