How could someone stomach watching this game in its entirety?

TYRONE GA!
His totally one sided beef with Dwight should’ve made this clear to us. Lot of us assumed it was just a Dwight thing.
He acts like people have Dwight over him or some shyt. Goofy as hell for no reason.

But after he fessed up on the DRob DuckTales :mjlol:

It makes no sense at all :mindblown:. We’re talking about someone so dominant at his peak that the league rewrote its rule book to slow him down. Only one other guy with 3 straight finals mvp awards. Brought relevance to an expansion franchise and took them to the finals by his 3rd year in the league, broke a 12 year title drought in LA, and helped Miami really stamp its place on the NBA map and established them as a place stars should want to play too. What the hell does he have to be insecure about?

Reaching back 31 years to hate is crazy but NBA discourse revolves around being a hater.

Act like the Bull and Hornets didn't have a game this season where they combined to miss a record 75 3's. You can cherry pick bad games from any era.

We had several HOF players in the 90's but that era is only propped up because of MJ:martin:

If you feel like there's propaganda being spread against today's game the solution isn't to spread propaganda about the past.

And youre here pretending that a mid January game between two bad teams is akin to me posting two of the BEST TEAMS IN THE EASTERN CONFERENCE IN 1994. :scust:

Somewhat off-topic, but

When we compare mid to late 90s era to today's era, one name will always resonate with me, and I don't know if many remember him:

Randolph Childress.

He played just 2 seasons in the NBA, averaging 2.4 PPG.

I have no doubt in my mind that he'd average 15 easily in today's league.

A lot of ppl think old players are hating when they say "you couldn't play in our era", when in reality, the league has a lot of players thriving today, that would be Randolph Childress status back then(i.e. Anfernee Simons, Jordan Poole)
Randolph would’ve eaten in this era, it’s tailored more to his game. When he was drafted, the league still was on different timing.

Yes you are. I watched it too. I agree that the 90’s wasn’t good as people make it out to be, heck I’ve said this a few times. You’re not the only :flabbynsick: one this board.

However, you’re dogging the era based on what you like, which puts you in the same boat of today’s naysayers. Everyone who witnessed the 90’s doesn’t feel the way you do, fans liked that 90’s low scoring style because of the physicality, intensity, and defense. You don’t. Guilty.

It wasnt so much physicality as it was players way past their expiration date playing valuable minutes because of expansion.

Im old enough to remember the Knicks signing old ass Rolando Blackman in 93’ just because MJ said he was his toughest defender back in 88’. :mjlol:

We saw a lot of long in the tooth players get valuable minutes in the 90s. It wasnt tough defense. It was players who had no business still playing professional basketball still playing. :scust:
