How come the most successful people usually are a$$holes and dikks?

i think there are nice, successful people. but they don't make a lot of noise to begin with, so you'd only know them for their success, not their attitudes too

Nothing wrong with being nice, but you can't be too nice. You basically have to learn how to be firm with others.

You have to assert yourself so people don't walk all over you and feel they can disrespect you.

I don't even think of successful people as dikks. Sure you hear stories but at the end of the day those people are in that position because they're confident, get things done and don't hesitate to tell people shyt when needed. That can easily be mistaken for being a dikkhead.

You don't have to be an a$$hole to be successful, but being successful definitely allows you to be an a$$hole. People will put up with a lot from you if you make money or are genuinely talented. If Jordan and Kobe had the talent of a low end role player while having their same personalities, they probably wouldn't have lasted very long.

The most successful man I know personally was sharing control of his late parents company equally with his siblings. He did some cold blooded stuff with contracts and now his siblings don't even work at the company anymore and they have no shares in it. Karma seems less real because the people in control of the world and all the money are evil, ruthless and live with no regrets.

If money is being successful to you then yeah they are. It takes a certain type of person to move for money and only money. The kind that will drop friends, love ones and family if it affects there income.


I dont think I've meet anyone with alot of money that isn't a jerk.

Im talking seriously successful people. Ted Cruz/ Steve jobs/ Jordan/ Kobe type a$$holes. They're CEOs, billionaires, senators etc. Very rarely would you find one who everyone considers nice and a decent man.

So basically if you want to make it you're gonna have to be a savage. You can't have both?
