Mac Miller is terrible, so is Yelawolf. I'll ignore that and answer your question: You need to be pop in order to "rule" white rapper wise(and any rapper wise, to be real). Eminem is a great rapper, but he also knew how to make pop hits with Dre on his side. Macklemore makes pop hits but is nowhere near a decent MC, which never mattered mainstream wise. Action Bronson is an entertaining MC and my favorite white rapper out right now, which I'm sure others disagree with. But he can't make a pop hit if his life depended on it so he doesn't try.
Plus no everyday chick wants to fukk Action Bronson, or down syndrome ass Mac Miller, or trailer park ugly Yelawolf. As sad as it may seem, you have to appeal to the ladies to get play. Biggie somehow had that Barry White thing going, Jay got his money, Nas his intelligence, etc. etc.
