Gay marriage...why is it almost a criminal act with liberals in media and liberal politicians that if you happen to feel that a marriage is between a man and a woman you are labeled a bigot and you must accept this so called "right" that a minority of people can hijack a custom that has already been established as simply being between a man and a woman?
Yet these same people want religious people to keep their beliefs to themselves and not preach it and just keep quiet about their opinions on pre-marital sex and violence or whatever...
it sounds hypocritical to me...your forcing your belief on everyone else...
you guys know me...I keep it simple I don't care what you do as long as you don't hurt other people or take away their freedoms...so go smoke weed...go insert inanimate objects in your rectum...i don't give a shyt just don't let it affect me in any way and i'd prefer not to even be witness to the latter.
the whole thing is ridiculous anyway because state marriage is not the same as marriage done in a church and gay marriage will never be accepted in any church so why can't gays just accept the state marriage and have it be called gay marriage or civil unions and they will get the same tax rights.
Religious people have to understand gay people will exist and form relationships just like straight people some will last a lifetime and others will be flings...except it will be more disgusting and more prone to aids...big whoop
gay people need to understand that a lot of people don't like the act of homosexuality and don't want what they describe as a lifelong union to be in the same category as gay people having the same unions...
in reality both sides need to grow up and realze they don't have to cross paths...even if you don't like the act ...if its two adults you can't do anything about it they can fornicate how they like and its their business...
gay people would be so much more successful if they respected others religious beliefs and make campaigns in states to recognize civil unions and it would be much better PR for them...
