Ginuwine has the talent to be a crossover act. Those Timbo tracks were supposed to be his :mjcry:

Again, those JT tracks were never meant for G. I can't imagine Ginuwine singing over "SexyBack", "What Goes Around" (the first half), "Lovestoned", or "Summer Love". Same goes for "Mirrors" (the first half) and most of both 20/20 Experience albums.

My Love
Until The End of Time
You Got It On
Suit & Tie
Don't Hold The Wall
Chop Me Up
Strawberry Bubblegum

^^^ only JT songs that Ginuwine would sound at home on.

Ginuwine's biggest years were the Timbaland produced albums for casuals and R&B heads. He had hits after ("Differences", "Stingy", "Hell Yeah", "In Those Jeans") with some of them being classic. The Bachelor and 100% are the foundation though. Ginuwine isn't Ginuwine without those albums. Ginuwine isn't highly regarded without those albums. He's pretty much a singles artist without those albums. His best work was definitely with Timbaland on the boards and Static and Missy on writing.

of course the years where your albums are aimed at casuals, are gonna be your biggest. whats your point?
EDIT: and youre downplaying the later albums. cmon son. singles artist?

im saying, when you wit your ole lady and the lights go out, you really listening to timbaland beats??:gucci:

I don't even want to get into this, but stat double talking. When someone is giving credit to Timbaland's R&B work, its "his beats are made for casuals who listen to Hip Hop", when his Hip Hop work is praised, its "he's more of an R&B guy". Inconsistent and weak arguments.

To answer the question, this isn't even about Timbaland beats and yet you've attempted to turn it into that. Yes, Ginuwine has Timbaland produced slow jams that work when intimate settings with that special lady ("So Anxious", "Tell Me", "I'll Do Anything", "Only When Ur Lonely").

I never said his r&b beats were made for casuals. that's the monkey on your back saying all that.
I said rap fans seem to have tuned out when he stopped using timbo beats.
and that's all I said.

"tell me" and "i'll do anything" aren't even slow jams.

You said his biggest albums were aimed at casuals. Timbaland produced those albums, so yes, you were saying that his beats were aimed at casuals. At the very least, you are basically saying his beats on Ginuwine's albums were aimed at casuals,. Rap fans who typically don't listen to R&B are casuals. So yes, you are basically saying Timbaland makes beats for casual R&B fans (which are people who typically don't listen to R&B that isn't Hip Hop influenced or leaning towards Pop).

Breh, "Tell Me" and "I'll Do Anything" are indeed slow jams. How are they not?

Pony will always be his signature song and used in cac movies and commercials but Differences was his biggest hit on the charts. This shyt had me ready to settle down along with "Let's Get Married" by JE :mjlol:

Released in August 2001 off his third studio album, The Life, the song spent four weeks on the U.S. R&B chart at the number-one spot. This is Ginuwine's best selling and top charting single in his career to date. The song is also peaking at number four on the main US pop chart.

Oh shyt i forgot about this song. Love this one. Might actually be my favorite song by him (i never peeped his albums).

this is not actually true at all.
nsync and most importantly Timberlake are Disney kids.

Timberlake and nsync are the actual proteges of boyziimen.
