How can you tell if someone is a White Hispanic ?

limited scope of Whiteness centered on people mainly of Anglo-Saxon, German, Irish, and Dutch descent.

Italian

See to me, he's the most ambiguous looking biracial I've ever seen. Probably because black/Samoan just isn't that common. Some mixed people are ambiguous because they have light skin and can pass. Rock is darker but his features don't jump out in any direction. His pops is Nova Scotian....be curious what Rock's DNA test would look like.

But like I said the majority of Hispanics at least where I'm from dont consider themselves White or Black or Native, they just go by Nationality. And if the majority of Hispanics are White and Native American and are considered automatically white by some of you, then shouldn't biracials of black and non black mixture be considered black or African American automatically?
