My logic is that since the core of rap comes from a black americans experience then its still black culture.
When you see a good bit of rappers being non black and mainly having songs talking about a white persons experience being popular in the rap scene then you can say its american culture.

i used "whitey" as an example, and you know that. i want any song by a white musician that glorifies and promotes killing whites. i dont care if they refer to themselves as white, european, cracker, whitey, honkey, whatever. it shouldn't be hard considering you said rock/country stars do it ALL THE TIME.
