First step for OKC towards getting better is trading Adams. Replace Adams production with stretch 4.
Develop Diallo, Ferguson, and Burton.
Whatever it takes sign Kemba.
Fire Donovan

I disagree with that too. He plays a very selfish brand of ball.

So does Lebron. So does Harden. So does Chris Paul. So does damn near every superstar. However, Russ plays hard, and all over the floor, (albeit stupidly at times) so you need that fire. He needs a bonafied 3 point shooter, or shooter, period, as a #1. Or, they should changed the team style of play. They aren't a 3 point shooting team. At best, they are fast break team. Drive, and cut to basket.

Adams for Myles Turner?

Donovan deserves to be fired after letting the blazers go on a 15-2 run before a Timeout was called.

Trade Westbrook for picks, build around PG in the meantime: shooters and big men.

Some of the new talent these next few years are really generating hype.

That said, the best option and fit imo would be: go for Devin Booker. Great shooter who racks up assists is exactly a fit next to PG. Phoenix gets a little hype to generate buzz for the franchise, OKC gets a true, efficient star to pair with PG.

Phoenix is in no condition to compete right now. Why trade for a 31 year old PG making so much against the cap?

$38 mil a year and escalating for “a little hype” ain’t smart

Breh, okc might as well call Denver and ask for Jokic. Myles Turner has great value. Adams doesn't due to that contract. If they trade Adams, it would be for capspace

Trade Westbrook while he has value.

He had 1 point in the 2nd half of a must win game 4 at home... 1 POINT

He's 30 years old with 11 seasons under his belt with a game that relies on athleticism. And oh yeah, he's also got a supermax deal coming to him as he enters his mid thirties.

lol.. Booker aint going nowhere. They hoping Ja Morant is there and have that backcourt for years.

Westbrook is not trade-able unless he requests it. Adams needs to be moved. He has done nothing wrong, its just OKC needs something else

So realistically:

- Westbrook and George aren't getting traded.
- Donovan isn't getting fired. They extended his contract like 4 months ago.

With those two factors in place, they've got to find a solution at SG that isn't a Sefolosha/Roberson type. Trying to draft an athletic defensive guy and teach him how to shoot hasn't been working for them.

They either gotta get lucky in the draft or find an old very off the scrap heap willing to play for peanuts. There's not many options unless they're willing to give up an asset.
